After a well curated summer collection, Puma, the German sportswear powerhouse, teams up with the French contemporary lifestyle brand AMI for a range of seasonal clothing and footwear, available online and in-store at Wellgosh from 10/12/2022.
AMI, translating to “friend” from French, take their name from the initials of Alexandre Mattiussi, originally starting in 2002, but endured a 9-year hiatus as Mattiussi focused on his work with Dior Homme, Marc Jacobs and Givenchy before re-opening AMI in 2011. During 2017 & 2018, the “DeCoeur” logo became instantly recognizable, seen on the brand’s signature oversized knitwear and traditionally “male” outfits that had been adapted as womenswear, echoed in this collaboration with unisex silhouettes. In his own words “I try to make clothes for life – good-quality clothes with good proportions”.
This collection consists of premium t-shirts, half-zip fleeces, hoodies, sweatpants and three classic footwear styles, the Suede VTG, the Rider FV and the Slipstream Lo reimagined in AMI’s signature colour palette, constructed from premium materials and elevating timeless pieces from the Puma archive.
