This week’s Wellgosh Wears has been put together in celebration of our new Birmingham store, opening on 29/07/2022. The look features some key pieces from brands you can expect to see, styled with the warm days and cooler nights of summer. The shoot takes place in familiar spots of England’s second city, not too far from the store itself which is situated at Unit 1, Caxton Gate, Cannon Street, B2 5EP.

The Twill Stock 8 Ball Cap is a staple snapback from streetwear-godfather’s Stussy, featuring an embroidered motif taken from the brand’s archive of instantly-recognisable graphics and a premium twill construction. One of Japan’s finest, Cav Empt, provides a pure-cotton hoodie for when the wind picks up, with the brand’s signature boxy, oversized fit. The Light Pullover Hoodie has a Y2K-style contrast stitching, with a rich overdyed finish, an embroidered Ziggurat back motif and tonal spellout logos to the shoulders.

For a clean graphic tee, the Goshuin t-shirt from Edwin’s summer collection boasts a pure-cotton construction, a relaxed fit, a mountain pocket print and a large black and red calligraphy back print drawing inspiration from the brand’s Japanese heritage. A second hit of Stussy comes in the form of a brushed cotton pair of beach shorts with a clean, minimalist design featuring an elastic waistband, a woven label to the leg, dual side pockets and dual rear pockets. On foot we see the latest collaboration between Nike and Canadian rapper, singer and actor Drake, the Nike Hot Step Air Terra available exclusively in-store.
